Si han pasado 30 d\u00edas desde su compra, no podemos ofrecerleun reembolso o cambio completo.\r\n\r\nPara ser elegible para una devoluci\u00f3n, su art\u00edculo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibi\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n debe estar en el embalaje original.\r\n\r\nVarios tipos de bienes est\u00e1n exentos de devoluci\u00f3n. No se pueden devolver productos perecederos como alimentos, flores, peri\u00f3dicos o revistas. Tampoco aceptamos productos que sean art\u00edculos \u00edntimos o sanitarios, materiales peligrosos o l\u00edquidos o gases inflamables.<h3>Art\u00edculos adicionales no retornables:<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Tarjetas de regalo<\/li>\r\n<li>Productos de software descargables<\/li>\r\n<li>Algunos art\u00edculos de salud y cuidado personal<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><p>Para completar su devoluci\u00f3n, requerimos un recibo o comprobante de compra.<\/p><p>Por favor, no env\u00ede su compra al fabricante.<\/p><p>Hay determinadas situaciones en las que s\u00f3lo se conceden reembolsos parciales:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Libro con signos evidentes de uso.<\/li>\r\n<li>CD, DVD, cinta VHS, software, videojuego, cinta de casete o disco de vinilo que haya sido abierto.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cualquier art\u00edculo que no est\u00e9 en su estado original, est\u00e9 da\u00f1ado o le falten piezas por motivos ajenos a nuestro error.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cualquier art\u00edculo que se devuelva m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la entrega.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><h2>Reembolsos<\/h2><p>Una vez recibida e inspeccionada su devoluci\u00f3n, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para notificarle que hemos recibido su art\u00edculo devuelto. Tambi\u00e9n le notificaremos la aprobaci\u00f3n o rechazo de su reembolso.<\/p><p>Si es aprobado, se procesar\u00e1 su reembolso y se aplicar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente un cr\u00e9dito a su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o m\u00e9todo de pago original, dentro de una cierta cantidad de d\u00edas.<\/p><h2>Reembolsos tard\u00edos o faltantes<\/h2><p>Si a\u00fan no ha recibido un reembolso, primero verifique nuevamente su cuenta bancaria.<\/p><p>Luego, comun\u00edquese con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito; puede pasar alg\u00fan tiempo antes de que su reembolso se publique oficialmente.<\/p><p>A continuaci\u00f3n contacta con tu banco. A menudo hay alg\u00fan tiempo de procesamiento antes de que se publique un reembolso.\r\n<\/p><p>Si ha hecho todo esto y a\u00fan no ha recibido su reembolso, cont\u00e1ctenos en contacto@solucom.cl<\/p><h2>Art\u00edculos a la venta<\/h2><p>S\u00f3lo se podr\u00e1n reembolsar los art\u00edculos con precio regular. Los art\u00edculos en oferta no se pueden reembolsar.<\/p><h2>Intercambios<\/h2><p>Solo reemplazamos art\u00edculos si est\u00e1n defectuosos o da\u00f1ados. Si necesita cambiarlo por el mismo art\u00edculo, env\u00edenos un correo electr\u00f3nico a contacto@solucom.cl y env\u00ede su art\u00edculo a: Millaray 2302 Osorno Chile.<\/p><h2>Regalos<\/h2><p>Si el art\u00edculo se marc\u00f3 como regalo cuando se compr\u00f3 y se le envi\u00f3 directamente, recibir\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito de regalo por el valor de su devoluci\u00f3n. Una vez recibido el art\u00edculo devuelto, se le enviar\u00e1 por correo un certificado de regalo.<\/p><p>Si el art\u00edculo no estaba marcado como regalo cuando se compr\u00f3, o si el obsequio recibi\u00f3 el pedido para entreg\u00e1rselo m\u00e1s tarde, le enviaremos un reembolso al obsequio y \u00e9l se enterar\u00e1 de su devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2>Env\u00edo y devoluciones<\/h2><p>Para devolver su producto, debe enviarlo por correo a: Millaray 2302 Osorno Chile.<\/p><p>Usted ser\u00e1 responsable de pagar sus propios costos de env\u00edo para devolver su art\u00edculo. Los gastos de env\u00edo no son reembolsables. Si recibe un reembolso, el costo del env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n se deducir\u00e1 de su reembolso.<\/p><p>Dependiendo de d\u00f3nde viva, el tiempo que puede tardar en llegar el producto intercambiado puede variar.<\/p><p>Si devuelve art\u00edculos m\u00e1s caros, puede considerar utilizar un servicio de env\u00edo rastreable o comprar un seguro de env\u00edo. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p><p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.<\/p><h2>Gifts<\/h2><p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p><p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p><h2>Shipping returns<\/h2><p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p><p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
